Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Neuraspark, LLC (“Neuraspark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on neuraspark.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as pixels, tags, local storage, and device identifiers — perform comparable functions. Throughout this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies.”

2. Categories We Use

Essential. Required for the website to function and to remain secure, including network management and recording your cookie choices. These are always active because the site cannot work without them. We store your consent choice in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie sent to our servers.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the website — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, what devices they use, and general usage patterns. These cookies are set only after you give affirmative, opt-in consent.

Advertising and measurement. We may use advertising pixels or tags to measure campaign performance and, where applicable, support advertising or remarketing. Providers may include Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. These technologies are not currently active on this website, and would be set only after separate opt-in consent.

3. Cookies Currently Set

Analytics cookies appear only after you accept the analytics category. If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is never loaded and no analytics cookie is created.

4. Your Consent

We do not set analytics, advertising, or measurement cookies until you have given affirmative, opt-in consent through our cookie preferences banner, with the ability to accept or reject each category separately. Essential cookies are excluded from this requirement because they are necessary for the website to function.

You may change or withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal:

5. Global Privacy Control

Where you access our website using a browser or extension that transmits an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser or device, to the extent required by applicable law (including the laws of California, Colorado, and Connecticut). When a GPC signal is present, advertising and measurement technologies remain switched off and cannot be enabled through the preferences panel.

Because there is no universally accepted technical standard for “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals, our website may not respond to all DNT signals.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

In addition to our preferences panel, most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly. Instructions are available in the help documentation for your browser.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the technologies we use, our business practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the updated policy here and update the Effective Date above.

8. Contact Us
